I hate working at tables that make me bend over so since Im a fairly tall guy I raised the tables up. There was a single ea bulb in the gargage before. I glued and screwed mine when building and you could easily walk on them with no movement.

My sawhorses were built to 36″, and I am happy with that height. Thanks for the tip on the garage insulation.

It seems like I saw somewhere on someone’s page an interesting way to level the legs – adjustable legs of some sort – anyone done this? By the way, I love the idea of locking casters on the bench, mobility is nice. I am sure he has the work tables somewhere on it. I also installed pegboard along the entire NW wall and on the half of the SE wall sorkbench wasn’t finished.

It’s actually starting to look like a workbench. See the other post for pictures of the second one. The whole things was well supported by a few ladders here.

I basically pick up one end of the table, the wheels extend and lock, then the other end, then roll, then pull the “drop cord” and the wheels retract back up, dropping the table down on its legs, for a table that doesn’t move when pushed on.

The supply line that runs to the splitter can also be disconnected and then used as a free hose for working on larger items like wings and fuselage.
