Cashflow Quadrant has very few new ideas. I nvestor – money works for you. I have no idea why it is rated so high and is so popular. When you make a purchase, it needs to make sound, economic sense in that moment, in good times, and in bad times. I am Canadian and I found it was too American but I forced my way through the book, which I’m glad I did because it opened my eyes to the reality of Capitalism. The book deals with the idea of moving from “Employee” to “Entrepreneur”.
This book really got me to thinking about how people in the “B” or “Business” quadrant think, as opposed to my quadrant, the “S” or “Specialized” or “Service” quadrant. This book was my introduction to Robert Kiyosaki… More.

From what I can garner and it’s hard because there are few if any facts to go off in the book he made his money n the real estate boom in the US.
